PRICES All prices are quoted wholesale in U.S. dollars, F.O.B. Yonkers, NY 10701 TERMS Buyers must have a valid resale license to order LowPrice4u merchandise. Accounts will receive NET 30 terms upon credit approval. Allow 2-3 weeks for new credit applications. New accounts over $200 without credit approval will be shipped strictly on a C.O.D. cash or pre-paid basis. LowPrice4u accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Company checks over $200 are accepted with a bank reference. CATALOGS Catalogs are $5.00 each for new customers, a $10.00 credit will be applied to customers first order. MINIMUM ORDER Opening minimum order is $400. Re-orders are $100 minimum. All orders for less than the minimum will be assessed a $10.00 minimum order fee. Note: Drop ships to different recipients from the same buyer ARE considered the same order as long as made within the same day. SHIPPING Ship Time: LowPrice4u's goal is to ship your non-custom made orders within 3-5 business days, however during peak seasons this may not always be possible. To receive your non-custom made order in less than 3 days a Rush Order Fee will be applied equal to 10% of the total order. For small custom made (Arkahdia Arts) orders shipment is made in under 2 weeks, for large orders 3 to 5 weeks. Expedited orders may be possible, with a 15 % fee. Shipping Methods: Small orders are normally shipped via UPS ground, large orders by pallet by a carrier choosen put out to bid for quote with multiple carriers. But, we will be happy to use your specified carrier. DROP SHIPPING We have a relatively simple policy: You use the Wholesale price from our online catalog (on our wholesale site). Place the order with a "ship to" address of your client. We ship to that client. If you need your address and return label put on the box than. that service is available for $3.50 per package in addition to standard shipping charges. DROP SHIPPING FOR AUCTION SELLERS We've added new (and recommended) service for drop ship clients who sell via auction It's called product reserve. This is especially good for hot sellers, items which could become backordered and items which may need to be casted) Here's how it works: When you have put up the auction, you contact us and we put the items to the side or have them casted if need be. We do not bill you for them until you tell us who to ship to or 14 days which ever is less. FINANCE CHARGES A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be applied to all past due accounts.
