Tennessee has had several nicknames, but the most popular is The Volunteer State. This exquisite figurine is a map of Tennessee decorated with Smokey the Bear holding a spade in his right hand. The words Tennesse Volunteers were etched at the bottom of the map. This splendid creation was elaborately sculptured and polished to achieve a lustrous finish. This pewter figurine is cast from 100% lead-free American fine Pewter.

Comstock was established 18 years ago. In 1984, the company was moved to Durango, Colorado where it quickly began to grow and expand it's product line. By 1989, Comstock Creations had been listed in INC 500's list of the fastest growing private companies for two years. The early 90's found a big market in fantasy-oriented products and Comstock was right on top of this market.
