100% of All items are guaranteed to be as described on the site and in auctions.
If your item arrives damaged, we will send you another one or if we don't have a
replacement we will refund your money, as long as you do the following:
1) contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods (click here)
2) sign the insurance claim forms
3) hold on to all the packing material and product for our shipping agent to inspect the damage).
If you discard the original packing materials and/or item before inspection you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Backorders may be cancelled at anytime by the customer at no fee. (items in transit are not considered backordered)
Cancelled orders (over 24 hours) and items returned not because of material defects are subject to
20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Orders custom made (such as Arkahdia Arts cast items) or specially ordered (large quanities from the manufacturer)
may not be cancelled or returned.
All returned items must be returned in the original packages with all parts & paperwork and must be unused.
For defects in material which show up after use or for replacements under warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer directly.
Under no circumstance should you send a product to us with out first acquiring an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
