It was in the mid-19th century that legislation dealt with the depletion of wildlife when a state conference was called by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1908 to inventory the nation's natural resources. Today, we realized the importance of preserving the endangered species and protecting their habitat. Every species loss diminishes the diversity of life on Earth with untold consequences for the web of life.

Comstock was established 18 years ago. In 1984, the company was moved to Durango, Colorado where it quickly began to grow and expand it's product line. By 1989, Comstock Creations had been listed in INC 500's list of the fastest growing private companies for two years. The early 90's found a big market in fantasy-oriented products and Comstock was right on top of this market.
