LowPrice4u.com accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollar funds only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. There is $25 charge fee on all returned checks.

Order Processing:
Credit Card Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 3:00pm EST will not be processed till the following working day.
Orders with different billing and shipping address may be delayed by a working day because of verification requirements. We encourage our customers to use the same billing address for shipping as it speeds up the shipping process.

Replacement Policy:
Some products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective, contact our technical support department (within 30 days) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) support@LowPrice4u.com. Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. LowPrice4u.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of Invoice date with all original packaging. All returns must have an RMA#.

Return Policy:
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Returns must be made within 30 days, have all original packing materials provided by the manufacturer and must be in a resalable condition, shipping is NON-refundable.
Items purchased through an auction win may not be returned unless they fall under our 100% guarantee.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
All customers must pay for Shipping & Handling (S&H). All orders are shipped in under 5 Working Days of cleared funds. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
