We all know Michelangelo's David.
You see David in a relaxed pose, after the battle with Goliath. In Michelangelo's time it was more usual to depict David before the battle, all pumped up, or after the battle, victorious and triumphant, with a foot on Goliath's corpse.
Michelangelo, however, sculpted a David that looks more thoughtful. Most of the tension is gone after he battle, his muscles are relaxed, although you can tell the tension from his face. The slingshot he carries over his shoulder is almost invisible, emphasizing that David's victory was one of cleverness, not sheer strength.

Arkahdia Arts Studio, a European immigrant now living in New York started a studio dedicated to casting these pieces of Art. By focusing the business on two goals;(1) to save pieces which have been produced in another medium in bygone times, and (2) to bring new artist's work to the public, the product lines have prospered, delighted and excited.
